We were disappointed with the service on this cruise from dining rooms to buffet and cabin service staff. We had 3 different meals where the waiter was actually rude when asked questions concerning menu, service was slow and blamed kitchen staff, one night we sat for an hour waiting for our first course and finally had to get the Dining Room Manager to assist with our order. There were 2 other tables that actually got up and left their tables due to slow service. We ask 2 different people to send over wine stewart and my son finally left the restaurant and got his own, when the waiter came back he ask if anyone took our drink order when we told him he left and got his own he said great in a very sarcastic voice. We are not for the free style dining very unorganized, you never see the same waiter twice, miss the personal touch. Lunch and breakfast buffet lacked variety. Gratuities are automatic now and service reflects it. Also seems like less staff and less smiles for sure. The public bathrooms were not clean and attended to which was the first time I have experienced this on a cruise ship. Most of the activities was done in the Atrium which had very limited sitting. Best entertainment was the Cirque show which was cost extra, I believe it show be included in cost of cruise, plus the other two shows you had to have reservations and included Dance and Singing and Music. Miss the Broadway Show we have experienced on other ships. Very few activities pool side and only DJ playing music occasionally. Miss the live music and Cruise Staff activity pool side. Only 2 pools and 4 hot tubs for 4000 guest unless you paid extra for The Haven.Cabin stewart did as little as possible, when we placed dirty towels on the floor for replacement she would fold them and hang them back up. Dirty glasses, empty bottles etc were left in the room and not changed. There again not sure if they are short staffed. Cabin were ok the carpet was very worn and dirty for just going into prime season. We were traveling with 3 cabins and asked for our balcony dividers to be removed which we have done on RCL and Disney and they said it couldn't be done because of fire safety or one Customer Service person told us it was Coast Guard Regulations. Never had this issue before. Embarkation was not good, took us about 90 minutes in line to get thru. No fun with a toddler. Disembarkation was better. Traveled with our grand daughter who will be 3 in August there was one tidy little room with baby toys for her to play with. when we tried to take her to the 3 year room we were refused. Very little for her to do on ship. the splash zone was good until the older kids got into the pool with no supervision. There was no pool attendant watching this area and the parents of the little ones had to control other peoples children, not good. We visited Harvest Caye, Belize which had a pool and beach area which were very crowded and had limited umbrella and had to pay $40 for a cabana. We were scheduled for a beach excursion in Cozumel and due to rain and storms we were able to cancel same day and get a reund which was nice. I have been on 17 cruises including NCL in the past will probably not cruise with them again.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BC

Bed very comfortable. Limited storage. Carpet dirty and worn.

Port Reviews

Harvest Caye

Beautiful area but limited amount of shade and umbrella. Cabana rented for $40 and offered limited shade. Pool area very crowded with no chairs. Cut our visit short and went back to ship pool deck.

Costa Maya

We walked off ship into shopping area which had a dolphin encounter area which you can watch for free, granddaughter enjoyed that. Had other entertainers in court yard which was fun and plenty of shops.

Cozumel

We were scheduled for a beach day but cancelled due to rainy weather. Walked into town to shopping area.
