This was to be a cruise for me and my partner but she passed away last year so my nephew came. Royal Carribean were most unhelpful when I tried to cancel after her death. Problems at the port started with parking allocated park was full so we had a long walk though the cases were picked up. My luggage did not get to my cabin until 8p.m leaving me without some medication but after a discussion the medical centre helped free of charge. The ship is really nice, the food and staff were friendly and efficient. The places we went were beautiful especially Geiranger we went to mount Dalsnibba where I made a shrine for my partners remains, it was a stunning morning the views are spectacular. We went on a trip to Flam by coach returning by boat again superb. The cost of booking on board for the trips is way to expensive diy it. The gratuities $14.50 per person is horrendous. The small double room was o.k but the shower is the smallest I have ever been in. No writing paper or pen in the room, no tissues in the shower room no mini bar. The entertainment was poor Grease 3 times magician 3 times. We got friendly with some lovely people who enhanced our cruise. Oh and I got Gastro Enteritis for the second year running, last year with P&O. I enjoyed the cruise and will go again.
