Let me just say that the service on our ship was outstanding. Most everything else wasn't. We could have missed our transport to the ship had we not brought our luggage down early where we were told a different time for transport than previously.

There was not great coordination between excursion debarkation time and food service. For instance coffee service did not begin until 6:30 am with an 8 am tour. For the women on our tour we found this was not adequate time to get showered and dressed, eat breakfast and be ready to leave. And some excursions returned at midnight with breakfast closing at 9:30 am.

Water was only served by the glass, except for excursions. There was no water that could be carried around easily onboard. And the bar personnel was stingy with ice unless you specifically asked for a lot. Read more
