Thank goodness we had a bunch of our friends on this cruise otherwise it would have not been fun. About half of the staff was nice, the rest were rude and unhappy. The worst was in the Mojito bar, the 2 bartenders were completely rude both evenings we went in there for a drink. Our room steward we only saw twice, when we went to our room they were still cleaning and told us we had to come back and then the last day at 8:50 am come in my room and told me I had to wait in the main lobby to get off the boat. Our room was usually cleaned around 3 or later and never turned down. They just left the room with all 4 beds out which made it very cramped in our room.

I think the worst part about our cruise was the food, never good and never warm. The buffet was so crowded and we couldn't find a place to sit and eat our food. I did find a nice chicken sandwich in O'Sheeehans and the shepards pie would come out hot, other than that the food was so disappointing. The Lotus fusion place was OK too.

If you are planning a cruise with this line I would suggest taking toilet paper, it was super thin and rough. I felt bad for one our friends because this was her 1st cruise and said she would never cruise again because it was so bad. I have been on many and I know there are more fun ships with way better entertainment, food, and nicer staff.

Seattle

We just loved Seattle, super cute town and great places to eat!!!

Juneau

We ended up just walking around town shopping and going to the Red Dog Saloon. It's just about a 5-10 minute walk into town, Others from our group went to the glacier which was nice but they got rained on.

Skagway

We rented a van and went out to Dyea and it was very nice, we saw bald eagles and went to the cemetery which was cool for the kids.

Glacier Bay

We didn't realize that we would only be there in the morning for a bit but it was so awesome to see the glacier close up.

Ketchikan

This is the place to do your shopping and probably my favorite stop. You can buy jackets for such a good deal there and the town is very cute. Others from our trip went to the lumber jack show which they enjoyed.
