Embarkation:

Long lines and lots of confusion. Embarkation started at 12:00 but our room was not "ready" until 1:30pm. All the passengers were cramped in the ship's lobby waiting and we could still see the luggage being handled by the crew late in the evening. Even after we finally got into our room it had wet carpet and the cabinets were dusty. The adventure with carpet forced us to change our stateroom on the next day. This experience is described below.

There were a few small things as well. We were told that the maitre d's will see to the table change requests between 1:30 and 3 pm. However, the requests were already accepted at 1:10, so whoever waited until instructed might have had real issue with changing their sitting assignment.
