My wife and I took this cruise to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We boarded in Barcelona after spending a week prior touring London and Paris. The ship's embarkation and disembarkation was the best we've had in ten previous cruises. Very organized and smooth.

Our itinerary was changed a few months previous due to RCCL concerns for passenger safety in Turkey so it was replaced by a stop in the beautiful city of Valletta, Malta.

We were very pleased with all the ports of call especially Valetta. We booked only one shore excursion from RCCL and booked private tours ahead of time to avoid the larger typical tour crowds and for a more private and personal tour commentary. It was not all that more expensive and so worth the pre-planning.
