I have been trying unsuccessfully to get some feedback from MSC cruises following a very disappointing experience on MSC Magnifica. Despite emailing the UK Managing Director and following this up with several emails to Customer Service all I can get is a standard automated response - this in itself totally sums up MSC's approach to customer service!
Below is a copy of the email I sent with the numerous "problems" encountered during our cruise.
