Great time on an amazing ship with outstanding staff! Great ports! The cruise director (Cookie) was top notch on his game. Guest Services (Ana Maria) went above and beyond to meet our needs or answer any questions that we had. The Excursion Desk was very helpful in helping us to plan for activities in the ports that we didn't do an excursion in. The Shopping expert (Bonnie) really met our needs in regards to what we were shopping for in port and directed to where to find the items. our Room Stewer (Lorenio)t was always on top of his game making sure everything in our room was cleaned and respected our privacy. He also took imediately took care of anything that we requested promptly. Southern Lights dining provide us with an excellent bar expert (Dusan) in helping us to pick out some different drinks. Kateryna from the Southern Lights Dining Room was always cheerful and happy to see us.
