My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Chose the ship because of the ports and we always enjoy leaving from London. We used the ships excursions. They were wonderful. Especially the "foody" tour in Rome.
The food was excellent in the dining room and good in Horizon Court. The crew was ready to assist with drinks and any thing else needed when eating in Horizon at breakfast and lunch. The rest of the crew were very friendly and helpful.
The mini suite was just the right size. Daily steward attention was good and the room always looked just right. At night we attended all the production shows. They were fantastic. The individual entertainers were also very good.
The ship just came our of dry dock. It look magnificent. New carpeting, upholstered chairs, TV's, tile and video boards.
Took advantage of the future cruise deposit program before leaving. Upon arriving home, bored our next cruise. Couldn't wait to cruise again on a Princess ship.
Mini Suite on deck 9. Room was great size and the new 43 inch TVs are great. Easy to store luggage under the bead and plenty of room on the shelves with the TVs on the walls opposite the bed and sofa. The new mattresses are wonderful. A good night's sleep every night.
The best excursion ever. had been to Rome before and this was a wonderful way to sample the food of Rome. We went to 6 different restaurants sampling their speciality. The tour ended with a gelato sampling.View All 24 Culinary tour Reviews
A wonderful to explore on your own if you have been there before. We have been there 2 times before and just walked up Las Rambla and ate lunch in the Mercado. In the evening we ate at a restaurant on Las Rambla for some tapas.
The town was so interesting to see. The town is very quaint and our guide was excellent. It was worth the long ride to get there.View All 39 Lucca Walking Tour Reviews
Unfortunately the boat trip part of the tour was unavailable and we only visited 1 of the towns. Princess Cruises was not responsible and it was not their fault. Princess refunded the cost of the tour.View All 7 Cinque Terre Reviews
A charming city to visit. Larger than anticipated but very interesting. Ate lunch in a charming restaurant before the coach ride back to the ship. An unexpected surprise was a very large Apple store which we needed because problem with our iPhone.View All 115 Aix-en-Provence Reviews
Used a indépendant tour bus to take the trip up the Rock instead of the cable car. Very good sites to visit including the apes which roam around at the top. After the 2 hour tour, ate lunch in the town and after shopping, walked back to the ship. The distance is approximately 1 mile.
