We took a cruise from Boston to Bermuda. The cruise ship was the Dawn. There were some positives like the nightly show and Bermuda itself. The staff was over and beyond and they would get 5 stars from me. The reason my rating is so low are the reasons below.

1) Food. Everything we ate was mediocre. People say that the add on restaurants are better but, we tried those too, and had way better food at home. When paying $400 a day, you expect the food to be better than cafeteria quality.

2) The pool area. There is one small pool for 2,000 guests. So, you can guess it - it’s overcrowded. We didn’t get to use the pool for this reason.

Our cabin was roomy for its size and it was always clean! Housekeeping is incredible.
