This was my 46th cruise. We flew from PHX to Hobby and rented a car. We stayed one night at the Hampton Inn precruise hoping toget our wine at Spec's but time got away from us. Saturday night in Galveston is very crowded and we ended up at a shrimp dive after a visit to Walmart to get some baby supplies and bug spray.

The next day we drove to the port, the traffic was unbearable, barely moved, just terrible. We had rented a car in Houston Hobby and prepaid port parking but the drop off and shuttle back to the port was forever.

We did not have a crib as we requested in the room and had to ask for it several times.

Cabin 1N

we had an adjoining room with our daughter. It was spacious enough but had a chair instead of a couch. The bathroom is small and the shower is one of the smallest on cruise ships.
