Bought cruise, then upgraded to resort vacation as well. After 2 hurricanes interrupted our scheduled trips we finally boarded ship May 2018. We read reviews of ship and many were negative but found many related to the Time Share meeting people were forced to go to. We also ended up having to do a Time Share to keep cruise even though we had 100% prepaid—another story! We found boarding process a breeze, staff extremely nice and helpful, and very happy to assist customers! Ship had variety of choices to choose on lounges, dining and entertainment. These areas were updated and comfortable to sit in whether enjoying a cocktail or their coffee/dessert cafe had great sofa type seating. Besutiful window views in all areas. The rooms were typical cruise ship small and mediocre but clean and hot showers! We paid to upgrade meal to eat twice in the Admirality Dinner Room it was such a great food and dining experience we paid again for our night before returning to Wedt Palm. Awesome seafood and Filet mignon as good as Ruth Chris! 5 course meal give it 5 stars $33 per person was more than worth it! You can also buy 10 drink tickets for $69 when boarding plus gratuity. Welll worth the deal. You did need to pay $1 more when ordering Grey Goose martinis but still worth prepurchase drink deal. . Entertainment in the Encore Lounge was Hollywood Brats- awesome band! 5 stars out of 5 stars! We were only partially impressed with Wyndham resort when we got off boat. Not good food - poor service. No one comes to you to take a drink order instead you stand in long lines at 1 main bar indoors snd a small beach bar. Great beach layout with hundreds of beach chairs. Large pool and very large hot tub. No complaints here. Just expect very mediocre food and very little staff. We did enjoy the Entertainment nightly and rooms were very clean and in good shape. Maybe due to hurricanes two years in a row food quality was down and staff. We did purcgase tickets on board for another Grand.Celebration cruise Fri-Sun this time, no resort stay.
