This was our 5th Royal Caribbean Cruise and our first to Asia. The positives, lovely ship, cleanliness and balcony cabin was comfortably spacious apart from the bed which for us was way too firm.

The poor and frankly shocking aspects. Meal service poor with menu aimed predominantly at the asian clientele.Meals were often of poor quality and there were a number of occasions when the food served was cold and poorly presented. Restaurants only open for limited times which added to the chaos on the ship.Long waits for entry to restaurants, the meal service was often poor with pressure evident on the service staff who appeared to be understaffed and having to serve a number of tables.Organisation poor throughout by royal caribbean including port itineraries which were poorly planned with long waits for disembarkation overall so disappointing and not up to expectations. Our experiences were shared by many who were complaining throughout the cruise due to the poor standards
