I am finding it hard to give a good rating on this ship. Deck 15 the chairs are awful and uncomfortable. The music stops mid day and doesn't continue to play. You can not hear anything over the loud speakers of you are at the pools with your children. Years of cruising I have never came across so many rude passengers. People would try and get on the elevators and not make room for others to get off on their floor. Some of the staff were nice and made things enjoyable while others were rude and you could tell did not want to be there. We will never go on the harmony again. The ports were beautiful even though cozumel jax rain that cleared. Getting on the ship was smooth while the getting off process was a nightmare even with taking out own luggage out. Staff was yelling at us to leave while we were trying to put birth certificates away in a folder. We had a balcony which was on. The room was still small the beds are hard and while they do offer mattress tops and asked for multiple times we never received. The water show was fantasic
