My first issue started with embarkation. I handed the rep my family’s documents, she mixed them up and then said there is a problem and had to send me to someone. I had to go straighten everything out in which I was told, there was no problem. All documents were there. The rep then asked if we had any food allergies, I informed her that I documented the information in my cruise portal. She informed me that I needed to let her know. So I did, we boarded shortly afterwards, I was getting excited. As we were walking to the Lido deck, we were ambushed with tons of staff in which were trying to sell us so many different services, get us to sign up for raffles, to take photos. I felt very uncomfortable. Although the cruise fee was inexpensive, I still felt as if I paid my money to enjoy myself and not to be harrassed on every floor, at every elevator. It got aggravating as this occurred the whole cruise.

We finally get to our room only to notice, my daughters luggage was missing. We went to guest services, the line was toooooo long. So we thought to enroll my 2 younger children for camp, in which was closed, during the cruise they were closed more than open and when I was able to drop off the kids, I was given 1 hour to 2 hours to assure I pick them up. All day went by and no suitcase. I finally went got to guest services, I received no help there, but the staff was very pleasant.

I returned back to my room before dinner and finally the luggage was there. We get to the Atlantic dining hall and again I was asked to repeat my daughters food allergy list ( I was asked every night, at every seating) I will say I do appreciate RICA ROSA, who memorized my daughters name and allergy list from the first day of the cruise, although she wasn’t assigned to be our wait staff, she visited us at every sitting to assure we were okay. ( we miss her).

The cabin was very small but very clean, the toilet kept overflowing.
