Sail Date: May 2018
Cabin: Spacious Ocean View Balcony

My travel agent booked it. We had never sailed on Royal Caribbean and want to see what it was like compared to our other experiences. Rooms were nice and the staff tried so hard to accommodate you but there wasn't enough of them to go around. Trying to get a beverage at pool was tough. My husband had to get up and get them or wait a long time before someone could get to you. Ordered breakfast in our stateroom for the first morning on the ship and it never came. We ordered for 8:00 am and by 9:00 I finally cancelled it. They tried to make it up by sending cupcakes, a bottle of red wine, and chocolate covered strawberries, nice gesture but I am a diabetic. Got sick on ship and wanted some Imodium which they wouldn't give to me without seeing the doctor and was told repeatedly there was no charge but on my final bill there was a $144.00 medical charge for 4 pills!!
