The ship was fantastic, well presented, modern, clean and staff very extremely helpful. The childrens club wasn't as advertised in relation to planned events which we found out on a few occassions when attending them to find none there.
The food was excellent and the speciality restaurants were fautless.
The disembarkation process was appauling, after ringing reception to check everything was ok, my children were allowed to leave the ship ahead of us and we were prevented from leaving because the card reader hadnt read my card correctly when checking in.

Cabin was well presented, we didnt receive a kettle until the second day so didnt have any tea or coffee making facilities, whilst we were sat on the balcony the floor above must have been cleaned as a load of water dropped on the balcony and us!
