The service and food on board is terrible,the worst food on a ship we have ever had.They also still owe me 98 euros they did not put back on my card.

There is nobody to ring at msc to complain about the money you have to email. Since sending over 50 emails I have had one none automated reply, saying ''we are trying to chase the ship '' It was 23 april and the ship has been back in southampton twice since what a load of rubbish.They must make millions a year if they do this to enough passengers.
