My husband and I did the seven week cruise around the Hawaiian island 12/5/18..... We did like the ship found the food good service in the restaurants was great also our cabin steward was very polite and helpful... Our complaint was the bar staff attitude very off hand seemed abit to much effort to be pleasant ... Having pre- paid the gratitude we where surprised to see 20 percent tacked on each bill which worked out expensive .. We were led to believe you left a tip according to the service you received ??? Not so as was explained by the un friendly bar staff...... This would have been a better out come if explained prior to embarking.... Breakfast was interesting ..One egg station girl was great ..The other was so unpleasant no one wanted to wait in her line she needed to be behind the scenes if the passengers were that annoying... Being one of the more expensive cruises that did put a damper on the over all holiday ... Hope the management take note..... Vicki and Mike from Sydney Australia
