Nothing but problems from start to finish. Luggage lost for 4 days. No help because guest services could only respond with set answers and if you asked them a question they would go righg back to those same answers. Asked to speak to guest services manager for 3 days and was refused. Ship is dated and ugly. Entertainment was only good one time. Overcharge and sneaky charges for everything. Only way to get good food was to pay extra for special venues. Shore excursions were so badly handled. Went all day on one with no time for a lunch break. Just an awful ship. Have been trying to deal with issues we had with no more help on land than at sea. The cabin stewards were awesome. But the officers are a haughty bunch who don't bother to even look at you or speak. They need to practice what the stewards have obviously been taught.
