Excellent cruise. The food was exceptional in terms of choice, venue and quality. The buffet night was not organized enough and entailed at long wait. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When the ship had engine problems the response of the crew was excellent in scheduling alternative sightseeing, meals, etc. The cash allowance was a nice gesture.

We made the trip with two other couples and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The pre and post cruise stays in Prague and Amsterdam were in nice hotels and the sightseeing was well organized. They were definitely worth the extra money. The only detail that needs work is the bus from Prague to Budapest. The train would be a much more enjoyable experience. We enjoyed the entire experience and we will be trying the Viking ocean cruise in the Baltic next year. Hopefully the quality will be the same in a larger scale.
