This was our third cruise with Princess and we won't be back. Princess used to be a great cruise company but due to cutbacks in all areas and over commercialization of onboard activities it is no longer a great choice. A lot of the so called enrichment presentation were unabashed product promotions. Instead of a wonderful production show every evening we only had 2 in 7 days. Both were not of the quality of previous shows we enjoyed on other trips with Princess. The food was mediocre and the buffet was a terrible experience. We had to wear our jackets or coats on many occasions as the doors were kept open(Alaska Cruise) for security reasons . It was always difficult to find a table due to the crowds and the stewards seemed harried and uninterested. (No wonder!). The cabin was clean but needed some refurbishment. The dining room experience was good although the food was not as nice as we had experienced on previous cruises. As someone who was loyal to the Princess brand, I am sad that they have ruined a great cruise experience by lowering quality and making their priority revenue generation in all areas.
