Harmony is a beautiful ship! I love Central Park, the Promenade, and all the entertainment. The only problem is, and this is a big minus, there's way too many people on this ship. Over 6,400 on our cruise and it felt way overcrowded -- there were lines for everything. It took away from having a relaxing cruise experience. Who wants to wait in lines on vacation! And the Windjammer restaurant was a nightmare... always overpacked with no tables! And forgot getting a piece of pizza on cookie on the Promenade... more long lines and miserable looking staff.

Embarkation and disembarkation went smoothly and were well executed. Our cabin was wonderful... we loved it. Lots of storage space and well laid-out. Our waiter was exceptional... he was the best waiter we've ever had on a cruise ship. The shows were good... a lot of variety. The 3 ports we had were nice... but there were way too many sea days. I got bored with sitting around the ship. I'd much prefer having more ports to visit.

Plus St. Maarten used to be our favorite port. Now our favorite beach, Orient, is destroyed. We went there and it was so depressing... all the restaurants and other buildings are gone... wiped out by the recent hurricane. Hopefully they'll rebuild quickly... I felt so horrible for the people there. The time you get to be in San Juan is way too short... 7am to 2pm... really! That's not enough time and way too early to leave the ship. Nothing is open at 7am! So a waste of a port stop. Labadee is really nice... a pretty beach. Then you have nearly 4 days on the ship... can we say boring!!! A day or two would have been perfect. This ship needs a new itinerary with less sea days. But overall we had fun and would take this ship again if it had better ports to visit.

Cabin Review

Central Park View Balcony

Loved the inside of our cabin... well laid-out and great shower! A+. The view from the balcony was awful... you had no privacy as you have cabins facing you on the other side. Wouldn't get this cabin again.

Port Reviews

St. Maarten

St. Maarten used to be my favorite port... But the recent hurricane has really caused a lot of damage there. So Orient beach is destroyed... nothing there but a makeshift bar! I was so sad! I would go visit other parts of the island and avoid Orient beach...

San Juan

Old San Juan is really beautiful. But we only had a few hours to sightsee. Royal Caribbean needs to extend the time in San Juan...

Labadee

The beach was really nice in Labadee. Very relaxing day.
