We chose this cruise because of the size of the ship and the great entertainment that the Oasis class offers. The shows were excellent. The actors and singers in Grease and Columbus were phenomenal. We thoroughly enjoyed the water shows and the divers. The food on the ship was a higher quality than all the ships we have been on and I’ve been on 33 cruises.

My complaints are that a huge ship and company (Royal) belittles themselves and insults us by cutting back on little items that cost them pennies per stateroom. I am referring to the fact that they give us no water in the cabin and then SELL US a 16 oz bottle for $3.50 that they paid about 10 cents for. Their cruise prices are high enough. If they had any sense, they would increase their cruise price up $5.00 per person. We wouldn’t feel that increase as consumers. ( that $5 would more than cover their costs for bottled water and body lotion (which they also stopped providing). Most cruise lines offer FREE popcorn for watching shows. This ship charges $3.50 for a small bag of popcorn. I find this all personally insulting.
