This was a family vacation for ten people staying in The Haven for the first time. The level of customer service was unmatched by any previous cruise line. The butter, Roland, and housekeeper, Buti, were ever present and accommodating when any need arose. However, the quality of food was disappointing in the common areas and specialty restaurants. The food and service in the Epic restaurant and lounge was first class and tasty. As for the entertainment options, the acrobatic circus required an additional fee and it provided entertainment that would rival anything Vegas has to offer. As for the additional offerings it was a joke and the featured show, Priscilla, seemed to be furthering a personal agenda. The lack of entertainment options left the overall cruise experience somewhat lacking. The ports of call were fascinating as the historical significance of each stop left our party desperate for additional time. Overall, it was an enjoyable time with family making memories that will last a lifetime.
The cabin was spacious and accommodating for four adults. There was far more storage space than expected. The beds were comfortable and the pillows ordered were nice. The showers was spacious and illuminated nicely.
The city has more graffiti than expected, but the city bus tour of hopping on and off was enjoyable.
The Caves of Hamms was a great experience
