Have been on this cruise three years in a row. Liked the idea of not having to fly and overall reputation of Celebrity. This time it seemed like everything was a day late, and a dollar short. Disembarkation was a mess with only 3 Customs Officers. Booked table for 2 a year ago and this was on our cruise documents. Tried to seat us with strangers. Out of 3 years cruising with them, they messed up seating two years. Tuscan Grille was entirely too noisy with a table of 15 in earshot being very loud. The management did nothing to tell them to keep it down. We might as well been eating in a diner. Beauty Salon help tried to push hair spray for $37 for sale. Then a couple days later call you to see if you wanted another visit. How tacky. Sorry, but, this is no way to treat clients. I have been on many cruises and this definitely is a turnoff. Staff onboard in dining room and cabin steward were superb. They did an excellent job.
