Cabin: Balcony Stateroom
We are loyal NCL cruisers and have been on the Epic, Breakaway, Getaway and the Escape multiple times. We are also Platinum level Carnival cruisers. We chose to take this cruise because of the cruise line and the itinerary.
The service at O'shehans both the bar and Restaurant were absolutely Horrible!!! The servers and bartenders were rude and slow. The overall service on this ship was lousy.
The only shining lights were two bartenders Henry at the Tobacco Road bar and Carlito at the Margaritaville bar. They were both pleasant and engaging. They always had a smile and remembered everyone in our large group.
