We have cruised other lines before but in the end Princess is just not for us. The food, entertainment and service lacks what we are used to on a cruise ship. The buffet was the same food day after day and had no flavor or appeal. The entertainment (what there was of it) was made up by the guest. A lot of trivia games and no productions. The day spa was nothing more than a sales pitch for products. Make sure you pack everything you might need, there are very few stores or places to shop on board. The biggest disappointment was the lack of time in ports. 4 hours at night does not allow much time for excursions. Of the plus side, Princess is organized and will get you on and off the ship in a timely and organized manner. The crew was friendly and the staterooms were very clean.
