We have cruises 6x and always on a different ship, and a different cruise line to mix it up.
This was by far the worst. For some reason, most of the artwork on the ship displayed sadness, crying lost children, sad faced families in the dining hall. I can't put my finger on it, but there was not real gaiety on this particular ship. Even when we watched a show in the theatre, my husband slid forward, and cot all these pickles in his bum, that made the area swell, and he had to fo to the dispensary. We won a bottle of champayne at the art show and had to call several times to have it delivered, which they finally did on our last night.
The views were great, the stops were wonderful, and especially loved the salmon fish bake with panning for mine combo, but all ships have that. At formal night so may folks wore jeans, it was not as classy as I would have hoped. My husband slipped off a step and tweaked his back, the ibuprofen evening machine, ran out of them, since they were only 200 mg, and we needed 800 mg every day, apparently many people needed that same amount.
