Sail Date: Apr 2018
Cabin: Balcony

We did a back to back first seven days sailing around Caribbean. Excellent embankment on the ship in no time. We had sailed on the Regal before so it was much the same. Our first cabin was on Emerald deck E220 which was near the front of the ship. It was a delux cabin had a sofa in the cabin, the was the only difference. The food was good, we especially enjoyed eating at the International cafe. They have great cakes and coffee, it's nice sitting and watching the world go by.

We visited princess cays, st marten, st Thomas and back to Fort Lauderdale. They were all ports we had been before so we just got off and did our own thing. On returning to Fort Lauderdale for our second cruise which was translantic into Southampton. We did have to change cabins which was made easy by our room steward. Everything was took to our new cabin on Aloha deck A708. Which was at the back of the ship very handy for the horizon court. We had to go through immigration which didn't take long and then we were able to go about the ship as normal until all the new guests started to get on.

The cruise took us to Bermuda which was lovely hadn't not been there before, we spent half a day a Megan's beach. We were on the sea for 4 days until we reached the Azores. The sea was calm and the weather nice and warm. We visited Lisbon, Bilbao with sea days in between. We were meant to go to le Harve but due to highs seas we could not go so we had to go straight into Southampton. Some guests were disappointed but the captain knows best and this does happen when cruising.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BD

As stated above we had two cabins A708 and E 220.

E220 was a delux cabin with sofa the cabin or balcony wasn't any bigger.

The bedding and pillows are so comfortable.

Had brilliant room stewards, my only compliant was the carpets in both cabins were showing areas of wear!
