I went on this cruise with friends to celebrate our 60th Birthdays. The food in The dining room was excellent, at Guys burgers, was very good. But the buffet and Mexican restaurant needed much improvement. The rooms could use updates along with all the bathrooms on the ship. The cruise director Benjamin and the guy in the piano bar were the best things about the whole cruise. I would never go in the Fantasy again. Dealing with drunk and disorderly guest was terrible. I guess these are cruises for younger people who like to stay drunk all of the time. I will say I was very pleased with how they handled the drunk and disorderly in a timely fashion. The room stewards were pleasant but not the best we have ever had on a cruise before. I was just overall disappointed in the ship and the condition it was in.
