A group of seven family and friends traveled to destinations we had not yet been on aboard a ship that we had not yet traveled. The positives were that there are some beautiful areas on the ship to visit and the shows were wonderful. The negatives were rude customer service reps that were unable to address problems. Bar experiences were quite lacking and the drinks ordered were not great. Phones were always staticy. We had trouble with our door closer on the balcony and on the door constantly whistled. We had multiple problems with reservations for dining as well as rude hostess staff in the main dining room. We were overcharged for services purchased onboard and yet they have NOT been resolved. I'm a travel agent who likes to travel to new places so I can give my clients a great experience and this is NOT one that I would recommend.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Accessible

Cabin 1N

Nicely kept in a room attendant was wonderful and extremely friendly

Port Reviews

Labadee

The port is absolutely beautiful. The locals are quite aggressive so stay on the main path

Falmouth

Again the ports are beautiful the shops have lots of stuff to purchase but mostly repetitive. The locals were nice and friendly but again stay on the main path don't venture out too far from town

Cozumel

Beautifully rebuilt since the hurricane came in. Very friendly locals.
