This was my first cruise vacation normally I vacation at an all exclusive hotel package. Every one was so polite and went the extra mile to make sure I enjoyed myself. Even when an error was made they corrected it immediately. At times I wasn't sure what to do or where to go the staff help me and family. I love the different nationalities on the cruise line. Different music styles. The food was delicious. (Can I get the crab cake recipe ha) It takes a team to make things run smoothly and Enchantment of the seas has an amazing team Kudos to you all!

This was my first and it won't be my last. I can't wait to book my next cruise! Enchantment of the seas exceeded my expectations thank you for the awesome experience. I can't wait to try the other boats that Royal Caribbean has to offer.
