We cruised in January and March 2018 on the Reflection and both cruises were amazing.
Going from the Reflection, their newest ship to the Summit was a real disappointment. The Summit is a much older ship and looks it.
The layout of the Ocean View Buffet is terrible and very hard to find a table during breakfast and lunch. Most of the breakfast and lunch items that should be served hot were just luke warm. We never had this issue on the Reflection.
