Arrived on the 4th of January at the new Oasis of the Sea terminal at Fort Lauderdale to board the Equinox. First glimpse of the ship was that of wow. The embarkation was fast and very efficient, we were aboard within 15 minutes of arrival and greeted with a welcome on board drink. Found our stateroom 3157 very quickly which was only two rooms down from guest relations desk and on the same level as the silouhette restaurant. Our ocean view stateroom was excellent. And we were lucky enough to be at the quay side on 4 of the 5 days offshore.

The food in the Sillouhette was marvellous and the choice was amazing. It was difficult to decide what to choose. The service was excellent. Our waiter and his assistant were superb. Both were always ready with a party trick and Mini our waiter pencilled us a couple of beautiful drawings. We ate once in the Murano with our friends again lovely surroundings and great food.Presentation of the food in the Murano was fantastic.

We went off at all the ports of call. Did only one Celebrity trip as they are a bit overpriced. We, along with our friends have done several cruises and usually do our own thing when we get off the ship. We did some great sight seeing trips in Cartagena, Roatan, Colon, and Porto Limon and were lucky enough to get very knowledgeable taxi drivers.
