This was our first cruise with RCC, although we have more than 30 cruises under our belt, mostly with Princess, HAL and Viking Ocean Cruises. We chose this sailing for the itinerary: Singapore to Barcelona 28 days total. Our cabin was a balcony 9th floor.
First the Good: Excellent crew!! The BEST we have encountered; everyone was pleasant and polite (one exception below). Even the Customer Service group, which in other ships tends to be manned by unpleasant Eastern Europeans was absolutely wonderful. Smiles and hellos wherever we went. Kuddos to HR for choosing and training so well.
Two minor cabin maintenance issues were resolved literally within minutes.

In bad shape but ship was going to dry dock so it was understandable.. It was kept clean and that's what mattered to us.
