Loyal Royal carribean travellor who is disappointed in many aspects of there service, cost cutting in simple luxuries no chocolates on pillows, now getting many items pre packaged not fresh, dining room staff only interested in survey satisfaction scores, food Luke warm and bland, waiters wanted us to order all 3 courses on an evening, when I prefer to order desert after main course.
