We took this Cruise because of the Port of Call in Havana. I'm a loyalty member on Royal Caribbean and was very disappointed in the quality and the condition and the food on the Majesty of the Seas. The overnight in Havana was fabulous but I would take another ship if it was available. The ship was old and needed a cosmetic update and repairs. many of the staff members seemed inexperienced and not up to Royal Caribbean standards. hours were wasted and getting on and off the ship and the captain kept apologizing but to no avail. If you enjoy the casino you'd better be a heavy smoker. When the crew s if everything is okay and you have any issues it's a waste of time to reply. They take your cabin number down but never rectify the situation. There were a handful of Staff members that were worth giving kudos to. As a whole the staff was mediocre and not up to the service that you would expect from Royal Caribbean

Cabin 1V

The cabins were extremely small and lacked storage space the cabin needs some type of the dresser because all that was available or for very small drawers similar to that of a desk
