Chose this cruise ship because our adult children recommended it. Two of our children have taken multiple cruises and prefer Royal Caribbean, especially, 'Harmony of the Seas'.

The staff were exceptional as was the facilities and entertainment. Really enjoyed "The Fine Line" show! Have never seen anything like it.. truly magnificent! The dining staff displayed excellent service, and the food was always superb. We got to do a galley tour which was extremely informative and then were served a delicious brunch. All the staff were cheerful, helpful, and just very personable.

Had a great excursion in St. Thomas with the Pirate Ship snorkeling crew. We snorkeled and then spent time at Honeymoon Beach. The crew/staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. One gentleman had a medical emergency and the crew handled the situation very quickly and calmly. Read more
