Going with friends and family to celebrate birthdays.Heard a lot about Hawaii and wanted to visit. It was a good experience travelling with Pride of America as it was my first time on the Norwegian Cruise Lines. I didn't like being on the fourth deck - tried to change it but when you book with third party, it is a big problem. The washroom was small. Overall experience was very good. Friendly staff, always polite and saying Aloha. Dining and entertainment was very good. Food was excellent. Service was great. We went on two shore excursions with NCL. Excellent service. Embark and disembarkment was great - fast and efficient. Staff always asking if there is anything else that we need, how was your day. Staff was very helpful regarding our luggage which was left behind due to a connecting flight. Room and washroom was always clean whenever we go out and come back.
