Our son sailed with Carnival in the past and recommended it. Everything about the cruise was perfect. Even our storeroom steward Cyril was a joy to interact with. He was always full of information, answering our questions and helping us navigate our first cruise. We will sail again with Carnival. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We found the ship to be clean. All the crew members were pleasant. Entertainment offered was sensational. We didn't know what to expect for a first cruise, but we certainly learned we want to do it again. We want to try a newer ship even though the Ecstasy was completely satisfying. If I have 1 complaint it was that the buffet food was never hot. The hot food was warm, but never at a temperature I prefer. The food was excellent and there was certainly plenty of it. The food areas were always clean, something I would always pay attention to
