This was my husband and I first cruise to Bermuda. We have cruised thru RC in the past and was always satisfied. The RC staff have always been classy and professional in how they treat us. It seemed like the employees we came in contact with were kind and had a great sense of humor and provided awesome service, especially in the main dining for dinner, the waiter and waitress team named Shekar and Jingfang were outstanding! It’s always a great feeling to be treated with kindness and respect! Now as far as the shore excursions, they are very pricey! I wish that RC would give their repeat cruisers a better deal on things like that. Cruising is expensive enough, especially when you have to get to the ports, that’s why I feel as though they should lower the costs of different shore excursions. I also wish that our stay in Bermuda could have been a little longer, nonetheless we will cruise with RC again!
