Being a Florida resident - Port Canaveral is close. Always wanted to see Cuba. Free drink package had me choose NCL. I believe this ship was recently refurbished, thus, the ship was clean and in very good shape. Cabins were clean and did have a couch. The food was very good, but, nothing very extravagant was ever on the menus in the main dining rooms. The buffet food was very good. We did open seating in the dining rooms, and always got seated promptly for both lunch and dinners. All ship personnel were very friendly, helpful, and very polite. Bartenders were hard working, dealt with the crowds very well (this was an open bar for all customers), and served good drinks promptly and pleasantly. Entertainment was pretty good. Only complaints were the long lines and an hour and a half embarkation process. Also a half hour wait line to pick up a pass to get off the ship in Key West (why we needed a pass was beyond me). Disembarkation went much smoother. This ship could use a few more public restrooms throughout the ship (there were too many single person restrooms and you would have to wait.) Overall all, a very nice and enjoyable cruise.
