on the first day, we were barricaded in the balcony stateroom due to ship employees blocking the door which opens outward, with suitcases. called guest service only to be on hold for 30+ minutes, and ended up forcing door open to get out for " safety video" and injured hand. to this day, guest services would not comment on the issue and still waiting to hear back from royal.

food in buffet was pretty bad at breakfast. seems runny scrambled eggs and extra charred black bacon is liked by other guest somewhere. Lunch and dinner food was fair, but some food concepts are hard to understand.

guest services have the most in-trained, baggers working customer service. I have never seen a cruiseline have a guest services line constantly have 35+ people ALWAYS in line about issues. pretty said honestly. calling from room was even worse, always on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes.
