Sail Date: May 2018

We were treated like second class citizens, blatantly ignored multiple times at bars, questioned and brought into back of security for requesting a room change, among a laundry list of other things. We brought our own ice skates only for ice skating sessions to be misprints on the Cruise Compass, and when we were told that we would be contacted for our private sessions, that never happened. When you save money for months and spend thousands on the trip, you expect it to be great. This is coming from a millennial, which you say you are trying to cater to. It was great, when i wasn't on the boat. There were staff that were great, usually the ones that didn't seem to have much, rather than their superiors and other higher-ups on board. Our state room attendant was amazing. I feel like royal Caribbean caters to rich people and is essentially classism run amok and it shows. Our new name for Royal Caribbean is racist Caribbean, and I am going to share that with everyone I know. This is my first cruise and I have never experienced such disappointment with a trip.
