Where to start.
Embarkation took a little longer than expected because the lady had to check in 2 cabins and she was not trained to do this. 55 mins at the check-in desk--not a great start.
We enter through Deck 5 into the royal Promenade to be welcomed by the loudest music we have ever heard on a ship--It was far far to loud.
