We got a great deal on a 5 night western Caribbean cruise on the Dawn. This was my first with NCL, previous cruises were on RCI.
The ship is showing it's age, elevator buttons were broken or missing. Stains and rips on carpet were obvious.
Entertianment was the standard assortment of C level performers, magicians and comedians. A unique show that I enjoyed was the Bollywood show which included aerialists, I have not seen these on a ship before.

Thin walls, easy to hear sounds from other rooms. Shower was larger then most on Royal Caribbean.
