We chose this cruise because we wanted to go to the Caribbean for a 'special' birthday for my fiancee. We booked it through TUI in their Coventry City Centre store, but had numerous problems from the outset.
While we were trying to book in-store, the TUI systems repeatedly crashed, which meant loading all our details in each time. Not only was this frustrating and time consuming, it meant that not all the details were entered correctly by the TUI representative.
We upgraded our cabin and book it, but during one of the many systems crashes, this was not re-entered so the cabin we thought we'd booked, wasn't actually booked, but we didn't know this or get any follow up emails as it turned out that the TUI managers email address was incorrectly entered instead of mine.
Nice cabin with plenty of space and reasonable balcony and very well appointed. It did seem strange that on an 'All Inclusive' cruise, you still have to pay for the mini bar in your cabin!
That seemed to be a common theme though.
