We sail April 2018 .and had the penthouse .our bulter was excellent and above our cleaner was excellent .the staff who cleaned the toilets were excellent and I offend stopped to chat and they were no lovely .on check in it was not up to standard we were given blue elite class cards then were pushed and shoved getting on the ship our welcome was totally different when we did our last cruise we were meet and welcome differently .on arrival we went to michaels club and got a few strange looks the lady was just so lovely saying we were given the wrong cards and said sorry and changed them .i have booked the penthouse next August and will see if we are treated any differently and I shall be bringing my oldest grandaughters .the tours were a little disappointing as we booked private tour .we fly first class with BA so we had a good start to our hoilday .the suit restaurant was just fab they could not do enough for you .everwhere was so clean .i loved our. cruise .oh the bars were fab with agai great staff . We had one upset with on restaraunt but that did not spoil our hoilday as they address it very well .thanks for a great cruise
