From start to finish, this cruise was marked with disorganization and poor service! The embarkation (and disembarkation) were chaotic, mass cattle calls with tons of waiting in interminable lines with little or no seating! On entering my cabin, I was greeted with a dead cockroach mid-floor. I am 5'3" tall and could not reach the peephole in the door or even the directions for the safe. I managed to pull down a life jacket with the aid of a hanger. Great help in an emergency.

I do not travel to eat, but I do expect a level of quality commensurate with the cost of the cruise. I lost four pounds on this trip. The food was about as imaginative and savory as a typical Golden Corral buffet. For example, under the "Vegetarian" logo, day one offered asparagus with cheese on top, day two zucchini with cheese, etc. The daily curries were lentils one day, paneer the next, beans the next, etc., the same sauce with each one.

I use a cane to aid with mobility and I have "essential tremors" which cause a great deal of shaking. I reluctantly sat at the handicapped tables when I went to the buffet. In fourteen meals there, I and others seated there were offered assistance three times. I made the wild request for a glass of water each time since I couldn't safely carry a beverage. Twice I even got the water. One time even that extravagant request was ignored. I didn't expect anyone to kiss my feet, but basic civility would have been nice!
